The Eagles have been taking the season one week at a time this year remaining at the top of the ladder throughout with only one close loss to the Yass Roos in Round 3.
“Any team on their day can pretty much upset anyone,” Coach Brent Fraser said. “It’s a pretty open field at the moment.”
“Obviously, coming into the last few rounds we just don’t take anyone for granted.”
“It’s so close to the finals, as well so whether it’s Yass, whether it’s Molonglo, or whoever it is, it’s just another week.”
Lastly, in Round 16 the Eagles face off against the Bateman’s Bay Seahawks on July 30 at Murrumbateman Oval.
