Yass Valley Times would like to welcome you to our website and our first story which will tell you a little bit about us.
We will be providing a free website for the Yass Valley community and will be uploading stories from this weekend.
We will also ensure that Yass Valley has a weekly print product which will have a masthead cost. Those who want a traditional newspaper will be able to get it.
Our business will focus on gathering news from all across the local government area and the wonderful villages both within it and around it.
You may have already seen we have a Facebook page with over 3,500 Likes. This page will quickly grow as we continue to build our brand.
Yass Valley Times will also include plenty of news from Murrumbateman which continues to grow and evolve into a great place to live and work.
We will be employing a team of 6 alongside a team of contributors and writers who have decades of experience in the media industry. Tv, Print, Journalists, Advertising Reps, Web Designers, Graphic Designers and community members who are throwing their support behind us.
We haven’t underestimated the challenge and we are excited at what lays ahead. We will be introducing our team in the coming days.
